Outdoor Living delivers to many postcodes within Australia but unfortunately we cannot deliver to regional areas unless an agreement with the customer regarding delivery cost is decided. We do require a street address specified by you for delivery, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
All orders are dispatched using local Couriers and are sent to the delivery address submitted on your client page. No responsibility is taken by Outdoor Living for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery to major cities is generally within 2 - 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery to other countries is available. We do not ship internationally. If an item you have selected is unavailable you will be contacted within 2 business days and advised that there may be a delay. You may choose an alternative product, exchange or refund if the delay is unsuitable.

All pricing listed on the Outdoor Living website is in Australian Dollars and is GST inclusive. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Please choose carefully as Outdoor Living do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You must notify Outdoor Living within 3 days of receiving your order of any items that appear faulty. You may choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do. Exchange or credit amounts will apply only to the purchase price of the item you are returning, postage & handling costs will not be credited.
