Designed with simplicity and straight lines it is a quality piece.
We use high quality powder coats that have proven themselves over many years. Powder coat allows for a thicker, more even coverage onto the Aluminium, is more hard wearing, scratch and chip resistant than traditional paints.
The powder coating process involves three basic steps:
- Part preparation – all Aluminium is thoroughly cleaned down to ensure that there is good adhesion to the powder coat
- The powder application – the powder is applied to the Aluminium
- Baking of the pieces to set the powder coat
All our cushions are made from Sunproof fabrics, these are machine woven from 100% solution dyed olefin yarn.
The cushions are zippered and can be removed for easy laundering.
